This one was a fun one to make!! I'm part of a massive group of people working on a game project called Underfell: Post-War, a unique spin on the classic Undertale AU Underfell! It's been so much fun working with so many talented people on this project!!

The Loyal and Royal soul that is Muttler, takes the role of Napstablook.

Commander of the Canine Unit (one rank lower than Chara), Muttler is poetic and strategic, while still being a goofy dog character, just like the other members of the canine unit. They tend to be overdramatic with their monologues/speeches, and they also rely on their magic a bit more than the other canine unit members.
