LOUD FUZZ POP

We've been described in many ways since we started. Here's a selection:

Dirty, scuzzy rock 'n' roll with bags of style and the dial turned all the way up to 11.

If there's a band out there called The Sharkes, we definitely don't like you.

The August List are a six-piece psych folk rock band from Oxford. Their new EP, 'Sun Pinned On Ghost Sky', comes out on the 7th November 2025 on streaming and vinyl. It sounds like a fuzzy anxiety slink and they recommend you check it out. They are touring in November (here are tickets: https://lnk.bio/theaugustlist).

They have toured across the UK and Europe, performed alongside luminaries such as Jesca Hoop, Trembling Bells, The Lovely Eggs, and Gwenifer Raymond and appeared at prestigious festivals such as Festival Number 6, Wilderness and Truck. Previous releases have received critical acclaim and have been supported by DJs across the BBC network including 6Music.
