Costela is a Spanish producer from Madrid.
His music is mostly Deep house with touches of  Funk & Grooves.
At a very young age, he started the Bucketround label. 
Which currently goes by the tenth reference and only produces Vinyl format. 

Bucketround was born from the initial idea of merging funk with Deep house music, publishing works of artists who are able to risk a bit in music production and to create a community of famous artists, collaborating with producers that are emerging right now. 
He started his electronic music carrier using an alias:
Oval Future Face (O.F.F) which focused on exploring darker sounds.
His last project is a new digital label, called 2phonic Recordings, this is created to discover new talented artists, based on electronic music, experimenting with different pre-defined styles. 

He has worked and is working in countless labels of international prestige some of them are: Golden Soul, TH Pressing (Japan), Sub_Urban, Trax Records, Deep Explorer Music, Mate Recordings, Nang Records,  Deepart Sounds, Black Jack Records, Melodica Records, Klassik (Chicago), Moiss Music, Discoweey, Lisztomania, Hot Digits, Delve Deeper, Deep Sense, MoodyHouse,  Spa In Disco, Cyanide, Closer To Truth, Cenital Music, Real Balearic etc..

And has collaborated with a lot of great artists, such as: K Alexi Shelby, Dubbyman, Above Smoke, Ney Faustini, Danielle Baldelli, Reggie Dokes, Dj Rocca, Pablo Bolivar,  Rayko, Tominori Hosoya, and many many more.

Some very special Ibiza vibes and feelings in this week's Sunset Lovers show are coming from one fantastic DJ and producer and a regular guest at Ibiza's legendary Cafe del Mar each summer, Andy Kidd.

He is DJ’ing for over 30 years, starting with UK gigs playing, funk, soul and disco, then including hip hop and house as those genres began to emerge. Collecting records in the early days and playing any style as long as it had ‘that’ feeling, provided a natural path to what is now known as the ‘balearic’ style.

More recently he has been DJ’ing primarily in Ibiza and has played regular guest sessions at Cafe Del Mar every year since 2008, plus regular gigs at Sa Trinxa, Pikes, Cafe Mambo, etc.

He has also contributed sessions to the mighty Ibiza Sonica radio ibizasonica.com for many years plus their sister station Sonicalm.

As a producer, he has done over 100 re-edits that have been played in venues all over the world. He has had releases on the funky ‘Hot Digits’ label @fingermanedit , an official remix for Kid Creole music.apple.com/gb/album/im--won…93262?i=735793415 , plus vinyl releases on Ibiza based Messalina records www.discogs.com/Lucci-Capri-Andy-…1/release/6802110 that sold out within days of release.

His passion these days is chill out/balearic style and we can expect him to get back in Ibiza this year to continue the journey.

Combining his producer capabilities with a strong A&R work for the last 17 years, Juan has earned a solid reputation in the Deep House music scene, releasing music with an open mind, finding the balance between classic sounds and innovation, keeping the fresh vibe always alive. On the remix duties we have some of our favourite artists featured once again, polish duo Tidy Daps and spanish artist Costela, presenting a nice collection of gems on this release.

'Atlas' is the title of the track, Dutchie Music sound with fat rhythms meeting dreamy pads and jazzy keys, perfect for the groovy Deep House lovers.
