great topic well described ..vocal represents that internal self struggle ..recognizing depression,fighting it,trying to reason your way out...vocal arrangement I think reflects this and the guitar is really well played

This Jim Carey clip seeded this song today. I think he has a nice angle to give on depression. Jim in general I find very inspiring. For me he spells out very clearly and eloquently that no matter affluence we all go though the same brain battles during this life experience.

I do deal with small amounts of depression but fortunately it's rare for me. Some days though the mind just cannot level those feelings and you just got to let them pass.

Gabor Mate would be one person that really helped me change my life and in my opinion has some of the finest views on pro active positive mindset and I'd highly recommend listening to him. He has incredible societal views relevant to the human condition of the individual and the people who influence you growing up and how you can respond to thise influences. He also has some intriguing views on the state of the medical world and offers some very nice shift we could make in the future. Instead of masking problems with artificial antetodes that maybe we can prevent a lot of them with a life of a clearer more content mindset. I believe he feels our experience and frame of thinking can manifest physical problems in the body however conventional medicine rarley considers this as part of the diagnosis and cure. I will note that it appears to be long term lifestyle choices that could bear the fruits of Gabor's thinking and as ever take everyone with a pinch or three of this 🧂 and make up your own mind 🫶🏽 Hope you're not depressed and if you are peace and love to you 🫂
