Don't be afraid to express your emotions. In my view it's that fear of emotional expression that has depression and defensive mindsets about feeling what your feeling still taboo on our planet. I luckily don't give a shit if you see or hear me cry because let's face it, all of us feel it whether we are transparent about that or not. Laying it bare here and showing clearly the emotion is important for me. It's nothing to be ashamed about and in fact it's very healthy to be able to embrace it and maybe it's the solidarity we need to show each other to make it easier for ourselves and each other to not fear that expression. A year ago, I would have recorded this 10 times until I was singing it like a stone... But our moments are different now and we need to stop fearing things that shouldn't be feared in my pea head opinion. Artistically I believe that allows me to express new deeper musical ideas then I would if I hadn't freed myself from those chains of shame

I love music so much... But I should have also said... I'm starting to see how important music is to our culture and society and how we are thoughtful about the planet, ourselves and eachother. It's the universal love spreader that has the ability to connect with EVERYONE. It's the only entity that can and will continue to do that. It's our true reality that can help people escape the self made matrix in their heads and maybe help people become less indifferent with the planet and our system called the universe we are oh so lucky to be in

I cried right through writing these words. I cried through playing the song. Some might look at that and think I should head for a looney bin. Here's the new normal....That's called real emotion and that's called showing people it's ok to feel it deeply and that's called not giving a shit about showing people that because we should not be afraid of our emotion. When we don't fear to feel then we find new power and music or new music we need to teach children to feel themselves and be honest with those feelings as they will find their true selves younger and EVOLVE

Note from October 22nd...
I've been so close to deleting this a few times... But it paints so clearly how emotion just takes me over when making some songs. It's borderline embarrassing but in a way I have a deep self respect for those feelings enough to know that's where the songs come from. I'm not afraid to feel it maybe and I think there's something normal in that madness or at least a lasered therapeutic effect that music gives you by channeling emotion through it...
