It’s always interesting how self producers choose to mix.  The voices on this a beach boyish.. very cool. And always the poetic  lattice to climb while listening to. Knurl: Imprint a pattern on metal for a grip etc. So I mean a grip on your mind


Capo 6 and you're sharp of 417Hz A (it's around 423Hz for keys)... that's fucking mad... look at the song length... That Hz came about from not re-tuning after putting on the capo so intonation sent the guitar sharp. I tuned the keys instead of starting again. A nice relationship now between the duration and frequency by coincidence... 💚✅

Wrote this last night and well the Sun listened.Not a cloud in the sky in 'Ireland'. That's rare man...

Short Circuit. Loved that movie and character so much. More input. When Short Circuit the 80's robot read a book he just scanned the pages super fast and said more input... It was so epic at the time... Hard to appreciate now with how data is gobbled.. Imagine it pre home computer which the film was by a good few years... 1990... so we hasn't yet imagined how easy it would be for computers to absorb data so fast so in that sense it was incredible... It's an interesting nugget actually on how over time things seem less amazing as we evolve... Well technically we have but my point with this song is what #5 knew and what most of us still don't even realize we need... thanking Life

The track 'Art in Life' spells out my feelings on AI music and what it's doing to art nicely... At time of writing it's a top 3 top TBD track here on SC... 'Symbiosis' which has been connected to less shows my feelings on AI for us existentially in the near future. Most recently 'Actual Intelligence' takes the real power of AI and starts making that acronym we all now use and giving it a proper meaning. Real AI... ACTUAL INTELLIGENCE!

I'll throw up the odd cover to promote an artist that has inspired me but I never monetise these obviously and don't ever leave them up for more then a few days. it's always just a poke of light with the renditions. It's these artists that founded me as a musician and writer so I like appreciating them from time to time. The covers are usually born from me trying to absorb them more deeply practicing them.
