This is our first album, Jasmino.
We recorded it in 8 straight days in a studio located in the heart of Tel-Aviv.
We mainly ate outside(imagine a group of 4 band members that sleep in a very small appartment, get up every morning to record an album...) and we maily ate a kebab in a pita, an Israeli dish, in a place called Jasmino.
We really loved that kebab in a pita.

The Bench – Biography

The first thing that got the founding members of The Bench (Or Ben-Itzhak and Raziel Mantzur) together was a small party at a mutual friend's house.
They started playing their favourite music on a speciffic bench, and named their young band 'The Bench'.

Matan Shatit(guitar) and Lior Itzhaki(Drums joined them ater two years.

Since then, The Bench released two EP's, the last one- 'Revival' - was launched in an unforgettable concert Tmuna Theatre, on the 9/12/17.

 In addition, The Bench performed live in many different places such as 'Levontin 7', and 'The OzenBar', some local Israeli festivals.
The Bench was an opening act for many well-known musicians and bands as well- 'Monica Sex', 'Hatikva 6', and Dudu Tassa.
The Bench keeps creating new original music, and gets inspired by the great musicians and bands they appreciate- Led Zeppelin, Queen, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, King Crimson, and take the inspiration to its own special place.
