1320 Records (thirteen-twenty) is an independent label founded on the homegrown principles of collaboration, cooperation, and community. 

Our job is clear: Bring the music to the people in the most conscious and savvy way possible. By doing so, we close the distance between artists and fans, putting the power back in the hands of those that make music and those that live for it. In one human body there are 13 major joints and 20 fingers and toes. And while one person can create art, the strongest artistic statements are supported by many, for many. At 1320 Records we’re working to build an ever-expanding community, a musical support system. There is strength in numbers.

The compilation features music from a range of producers – some have been with the label a while, some are newer recruits, but all of them fit in with the internationally acclaimed and renowned Moon Harbour aesthetic. This compilation once again proves that Moon Harbour evolves and experiments with subtle new sounds each year. What’s more, the label always stays true to their groove focussed; dancefloor aligned house sound whether they call upon experienced old stars or hot new protégés alike.

You is the First single taken from Kyson's sophomore album "A Book Of Flying".

A Book Of Flying’ marks Kyson’s return to Friends of Friends and the follow-up to 2013’s ‘The Water’s Way’. 11 roomy, beatific songs are rounded around Kyson’s delicate vocal work, the album updating classic folk tropes with modern verve. Composed entirely by Kyson, the album is a sort of grown up bedroom album, full of contemplative instrumentation and songwriting that tugs at intrinsically human heartstrings. Whereas Kyson’s music has touched on the dancefloor in the past, ‘A Book Of Flying’ gives in entirely to his inward-looking proclivities and the result is his most complete work to date, a work of contemporary folk that paints a fluid picture of Kyson the artist.

A Book Of Flying is out April 1st via Friends Of Friends Records.
