Wookiefoot is a band, a Non-Profit 501C3 Charity Organization (www.bethechangecharities.org), a circus, a philosophy, and a community of globe trekking bliss junkies and believers that are the fuel to keep this Tribadelic Spaceship going. Their charity organization (with the support of their community) has donated over $500,000 to third world relief efforts. Wookiefoot invites their community home every September when they host and headline their own Global Conscious Gathering called Shangri~La Festival at Harmony Park in Southern MN.

Wookiefoot’s live sets are an always inspiring and entertaining barrage of sonic and visual stimulation.  The fast paced circus like set has been called “Short Attention Span Musical Theater”.  These live performances are a one of a kind experience that mixes Reggae, World Beat, Hip Hop, Irish, Funk, Folk, Rock & more with a large band featuring everything from a vintage Hammond Organ to Bag Pipes. Combine that with a mind-blowing stage show that may include anything (such as a light show, projection, costumes, fire, dancers, aerialists, magic, clowns, puppets, etc)… and you better buckle up! Wake Up

The Black Cadillacs are a blues-based indie rock band from Knoxville, TN. With members from each of Tennessee's major cities, the state's famous sounds are well represented. Nashville’s recent brand of rock 'n' roll revival, Memphis' soul, and Knoxville's roots music combine to form an authentic and original sound. "The group displays a repertoire of grooves, rockers, and ballads," says Red Bull Sound Select of the bands SXSW performance.
 
First cousins, Will Horton and Matthew Hyrka, founded the band with lifelong friend and neighbor, Philip Anderson. In 2009 the lineup was completed with the additions of John Phillips and Adam Bonomo. The Black Cadillacs have a sound all to their own with diverse influences such as The Rolling Stones, The Who, Queens Of The Stone Age, and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Glide Magazine recently featured their new Summer Single, Radio Silence, https://soundcloud.com/theblackcadillacs/radio-silence. American Songwriter calls it, “A great new discovery!”

Their live set is where this well-orchestrated yet explosive blend comes to life. “Amazing energy from beginning to end,” says Consequence of Sound. Paste Magazine agrees by calling them, “[One of] the top 10 Great New Bands that played CMJ” and “20 Artists to Know at Bonnaroo”. The Black Cadillacs are hitting their stride playing over 100 US shows, a 25 date European tour, and 20 plus numerous major media synchs this past year. They recently spent time in Nashville recording a 7-inch Vinyl at Grammy Award winning recording studio Sputnik Sound, and are currently preparing songs for their highly anticipated 3rd album. Relix Magazine anointed the group their “Summer Stars” honor and featured them on the cover of their publication. The band is proud to boast performances at Bonnaroo, Hangout, Bunbury, Wakarusa, Summer Camp, Summerfest, and many more.
