AKtion F!gUR, the tuneful shaman, is the brainchild of producer beat maker LastSonOf. With influences ranging from abstract yet groundbreaking artists like Boards of Canada, Bibio, Lone, Casino versus Japan, along with a varied history in hip hop...Aktion F!gUR's sound is an experiment in creating original ideas through a variety of soundscapes and textures. Aktion F!gUR produces a sound unlike any other ranging from moods of nostalgia to ethereal and space/dimensional otherworldly through mostly sample based sketches. From folk and acoustic samples to 80s soundtrack synths, 60s 70s commercials, retro video gaming, sci fi, throwback cartoons and just about anything is fairgame in Aktion's sampling world.
