I didn't do anything, except, strip my body naked,
and force a couple of five-year-old-children to paint it!
Make 'em sniff glue, until half of 'em fainted!
You won't believe the calls I got from their respective acquainted!
"You're fucking sick dude!"
Yeah? Well you're fucking rude! 
You can't just speak your mind! Oh wait, that's what I do.
It's 2K16 we're stuck with a 20ies hue!
Let's switch to colour-film, baby! This spray-can should do!

I love colours! They make me happy inside!
It's like therapy for me, to make my troubles go bye!
So i'm sincerely asking; Why is murder a crime? 
If I use the blood for coulour, to make these artworks of mine!

In comparison to the asfalt, this shit looks rally flashy!
So Spray! Spray! Spray! Cover up the decay!
Don't you just love coulours? Fuck all the grey!
Oh by the way kids, look! I painted a giant dick! What do you say?

So what next should I vandalise? 
Oh well, thats what you call it, should I emphasise!
I call it improvement! I make ugly stuff nice!
While I add colour to the world, you call me an anti-christ!
Oh wait, I am! But I don't give a damn!
You can call me what you want! I'm a flexible man!
Besides that i'm quite unstable, I don't know where I stand!
So I make life a living-hell for everyone I can!

I try to make the world a little bit more interesting!
Painted a ladys dog, but she ended up fainting when, 
I tried to give her a bit more mascara, then
I stuck my pencil in her eye! Well I call that a win!
Let's take the blueprints of society and throw them in the bin!
Let's find a bucket and a pencil, and take 'em for a spin!
Let's re-colour the world! Embrace creative sin!

The Blue Ruin was founded by Jens Möller (bass/vocals) and Sundus Ilona Abdulghani (guitar/vocals), with the aim of creating a meltdown of Goth, Psychedelia, Synth and Blues, Joseph Wallin joined on drums. The 3 band members all had different roots: Alternative Voodoo-Rock was born.

The band has had several gigs in Stockholm and has released 10 videos, the latest video "Diamond Ring" released in August 2015. In september 2014 the video Television Borderline was featured by the Pirate Bay witch made the views explode on YouTube.

In January 2013 The Blue Ruin signed with Bad Taste Records and was nominated as best new band at the Manifest Awards. 
In the spring 2013 the band released their debut album The New Disorder on vinyl and cassette.
