Bonsound is a music company founded in 2004 and based in Montreal, Canada. We're an artist management company, a record label, a booking agency, a concert promoter and a promotion & publicity agency.

We also operate two subsidiary: Bonsound Concerts, an event promoter featuring artists from Montreal and abroad; and Bonsound Promo, an agency which promotes projects not directly linked to Bonsound.

RNH makes music that’s mainly in the singer/songwriter tradition but with a personal expression characterized by jazz, Swedish folk song, mysticism and spiritual search that’s all his own. 

Rambling Nicholas Heron has been active recording lo-fi American music since 2006. 
Around that time the singer, guitarist and songwriter gathered a four piece band that’s extremely effective and responsive. By the time of their first proper release in 2011 they were the paramount local indie folk rock/boogie band of Gothenburg, albeit the best kept secrets of the city. They supported and gigged with Daniel Johnston, Kurt Wagner, Papercuts, Band of Horses etc. 

In 2014 things took an unexpected turn and the sequel "Freetown Hwy" was introverted, dark and decidedly lo-fi. It was finished with the help of Pelle Nyhage (Daniel Norgren, and was awarded the Swedish Manifesto Award for Singer/Songwriter of the Year. 

By now the singer disbanded and a period of productivity followed, which would last for four years. Between 2015 and 2018, no less than 35 singles and five albums were released. In truth, RNH lost his old audience but gained a new one and now only makes sporadic live appearances.

Lisa Kathryn Iwanycki is an award-winning Canadian songstress with Ukrainian-Italian roots. Signed with Sunset Hill Music, Lisa's project MIRROR MIRROR brings listeners into a feathery, orchestral realm of delicate chamber pop. Glass bells, violin, contrabass and a choir of teenage girls make the sound of Lisa Kathryn. Earning Best Emerging Artist at Superfolk Sessions, Ian Kelly voted for her debut single, "Imaginary Friend,” as his song of choice.

 

Lisa Iwanycki has made song-writing contributions to collective healing group, Chorus of Courage, as well as Mitsou, Champion, and Little Scream. Leading the feminist pop punk band Creature (Universal Music), Lisa achieved global success with Top 40 Radio chart-toppers in 2010. After founding the moody, cinematic duo, Blood and Glass (Simone Records), her music graced the 'Avant le Crash' TV series (2018). Lisa Kathryn has toured opening for and playing with Patrick Watson, The Barr Brothers, Matt Holubowski, Ian Kelly and Ariane Moffatt.
