Fockewulf 190 were a Human League-Ultravox-Kraftwerk-inspired Italian duo who were most active in the 80′s, although as recently as 2010, they released a cover of the classic Kraftwerk track “The Model.” They take their name from a WWII German fighter jet.

Yaleesa Hall is back on his home label Will & Ink with two EPs in quick succession. After releasing his debut album in 2016 this is the first solo output from the Amsterdam based producer on the label. This first EP is entitled Zoe Hayley Laura and features a trio of tracks that melt electro, techno and broken beats in arresting ways. Opening up the EP is Zoe Price, a silky electro track with shooting synths and big downward bass strikes that add real depth. It's a urgent and arresting affair to wake up the floor. Hayley Roach then has much more forceful drums that come in one two punch combinations to the gut. Synths writhe and gurgle up top as pads rise up and down the scale and the whole thing is brilliantly large. Laura Pomeroy then rocks back and forth on its heels, with train track like percussion and malfunctioning machine stabs. It’s a real tussle between different elements and locks you right in as a result. Once again then, the irrepressible Yaleesa Hall leads from the front.

Lou Karsh’s massive 2018 “Ataraxia” EP gets a repress this spring with a fresh B2! 

“Ataraxia” opens the A side and sets the tone with a huge off beat kick and sparse 909 drums. Neatly evolving through swelling pads and a sculpted 303 there’s something not too distant from the emotive power of early 808 State coupled with the lucid basslines of Phuture. “Infrared” is all punchy drums and crisp breaks shrouded in melancholic pad work and wistful melody… Recorded in one take the spontaneity bleeds into the groove, lead perfectly by a truly elastic bassline.
 
On the flip, “Robotnik” is a definite label favourite. Channelling the stripped back styles of early Jack Frost and the Acid Trax compilations, with a nod to their contemporaries Paranoid London; this one is red hot. “Wasp Tracking” is the new cut – a pacey, buzzing 4x4 acid work out aimed squarely at the floor.

Welcome to Rimini and ZYX Music presents the first reissue of Frank Tavagliones "Tumidanda", wich was produced by Giuseppe Mincioni and Fockewulf 190. Also included are two new remixes by Flemming Dalum and Ali Renault !  
Originally released on Market Records in 1984 and distributed by Discomagic. This italo-masterpiece was written by Dario Dell'Aere and Salvatore Nonnis as a support for the shows of Fockewulf 190. Dario asked his good friend Frank, if he would like to be the singer of this song and on top, his sister Nora Dell'Aere to sing the backround vocals. "Tumidanda" was born! They performed very often together in a Nightclub called "Belle Epoque". Dario Dell'Aere said, that this club was a milestone in their artistic activity as Fockewulf 190 back then and a very special place for the italian New Wave- and Disco Community.
