The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Kander. The UK-based duo has been captivating listeners as of late with their crushing, relentless sound which we were able to feature last year for New Brvtalism. The project comes forth now with Separate and Divide, a new EP on Obscure Unfound which features two original works and two remixes from Peryl and Makornik. Today we present, “Imminent”, the second track of the EP which releases a barrage of industrial, techno and more for a tension building work that brings you to annihilation. A strong release from an emerging duo to keep an eye on.

After nearly a year of work since our last VA, we can finally announce our second various artists compilation, VKVA002.

The VA is another huge compilation with all of our favourite artists along with tracks from 4 of our residents and just like last time, we’ll be donating half of the proceeds to Ayrshire Samaritans - a local mental health charity who was greatly appreciative of our last donation and deserves the help more than anything.

This is the first of three parts of the compilation.

Our latest premiere is now online featuring a track by Italian artist Helrad titled 'Tenacity' which is forthcoming on User Experience [UX].

Born and bred in Naples, Helrad has been a DJ for more than 20 years in his hometown where he was heavily influenced by the techno scene. He thrives on 3 decks playing dance-floor orientated techno with a variety of raw, emotional, funk, and groove elements. 

Helrad has always been fascinated by the UK electronic music scene with artists such as, Rebekah, Slam, Ben Sims, Silicon Soul and JoeFarr to name a few. He was drawn to Scotland where he opened his label Helrad Limited 2 years ago which is already showing a strong catalogue of music well worth checking out. 

The future looks bright for Helrad.
