A WAJE DJ deberían conocerle de episodios tan gloriosos en la historia del clubbing subterráneo madrileño como son 8Z8 y el Colectivo Robotique, y ahora los proyectos Orbita y Moebium. Hay que decir que los de Post Club hemos crecido con Waje como profesor de escuela, mamando ávidamente de sus sesiones todoterreno en Specka en las que conjugaba con maestría electro, techno, drones y cualquier estilo nacido en los 80, ya sea New Beat, Industrial, EBM, Cold Wave y un largo etcétera.

Lo que siempre nos dejó a cuadros es su capacidad para cambiar de estilos siempre logrando sonar a él mismo, amén de una técnica excelsa que le permite aguantar las mezclas un larguísimo tiempo. Pese a su veteranía, Waje siempre está al tanto de las novedades y siempre ha sabido incorporar nuevos lenguajes a su engrasada paleta de ritmos maquinales. El otro día tuvo a bien abrir el concierto de Esplendor Geométrico en el Centro Cívico Delicias de Zaragoza y que mejor para rebootear nuestra serie de podcasts que la sesión enlatada de tan ilustre evento. Grobas comienza su carrera a principios del año 1996, trabajando en casi todos los clubs coruñeses, a mediados del año 1997 hasta marzo del 2005 forma parte de los proyectos, House Café y Telefunken.

Ha actuado en infinidad de clubs de toda España, Portugal, y ha tenido el privilegio de viajar varias veces a la ciudad de New York, donde ha pinchado en algunas de las fiestas underground y más respetadas, como: Turntables On The Hudson, Shapire Lounge, Bang The Party, etc. Resaltar también, su gira por la costa oeste americana, donde ha pinchado en las ciudades de Los Angeles, Portland, Pasadena y Eugene.

Ha realizado cuatro giras en Rusia visitando ciudades como Moscú, San Petersburgo, Saratov y Siberia, en los clubs Propaganda, Luk Club y Decadance. A nivel local, es un habitual de festivales como Sonar, en el que actúa varias veces. También es un habitual del club Cocoon (Frankfurt).

En el 2004 funda Thrasher Home Recordings, plataforma que le sirve para planchar sus trabajos, así como trabajos de artistas nacionales e internacionales. Fue promotor de las 981Sessions el más conocido club coruñes (Playa Club), en donde brinda al público una noche al mes la electronica más vanguardista.

En colaboración con Producciones Playa Club crea el 981 Festival, evento enfocado a las nuevas tendencias musicales, siendo el encargado del escenario de música electrónica, donde ha compartido cabina también con; Swayzak, Jori Hulkkonnen, Spirit Catcher, Lo Fidelity All Stars, etc.
