I think the sound at 1.27 could have an 'envolope controlled filter' set to low pass on it and if you  automate the cutoff up it would sound awesome.
Maybe shorten the kick a bit so there is space between when it hits, this will make the impact seem bigger and maybe add a quiet click to it so its not just low end and cuts through the mix better. Also loving the melody, its stuck in my head :D
