In 1989, The house music scene was fresh and new in Los Angeles and was starting to get a big following. DJ Fido was immediately hooked on house music and began to play house, Chicago house, Acid House and hip House. He found inspiration from underground house music and strived to bring this genre to the masses in LA.  Fido has a flare for hitting the dance floors with house classics mixed in with groovin house beats.  Dj Fido represents underground House and is passionate about this music.  DJ Fido is also a House Music producer, he has recently released a single on Good For Records in collaboration with Kenny Summit called "Love in the Shadows."  The track has been described as a bangin disco groovin throwback!  
 
DJ Fido has played some of the biggest underground style clubs including the World Famous, Flammable Liquid which he helped produce with  BaBaLu. This club was one of the most sought after by underground club goers since Flammable Liquid was on the cutting edge with the best house music and house DJs including DJ Doc Martin, Barry Weaver, Steve Loria, Mark Lewis, Marques Wyatt and of course DJ Fido.  DJ Fido and Doc Martin were the resident DJ's at Flammable Liquid!   

DJ Fido had also been sought out by other promoters from other cities outside of California.  He has played at major club events in Seattle along with Brian Lyons (Flammable Seattle) Don Glaude, Jam and Spoon, Eugene Fauntelroy and DJ Eva to name a few.  

He continues to play in Los Angeles at various events, along with Kenny Summit, Lars Behrenroth, Jason Blakemore, Scott K, Bret Wallace, Dougal, Brett Wallace, Jaymystic, Slick DaDa, Big Cee, Scotty James and many more.   

Fido continues to bring that underground house flavor to the people and will make you groove to his music.
