Quickie from us: "So we actually finished this tune back in 2013 but have been waiting patiently to release it, and now that time has come. Pumpin Blood was a pretty massive tune for 2013 racking up over 1,000,000 plays and really putting NONONO on the map, who have since been blowing up internationally, so naturally we were honored to work with the talented swedish act. The song itself has so many interesting components between the verses and chorus' and who doesnt love a good whistle, its got a great sense of emotion. So during the making of this remix...... shit we cant remember we did it so long ago, fuck, whatever, but hey it has our signature pluck and we gave it a trap breakdown to spice it up a bit. Anyway, the tune has three distinct parts, and in approaching our music production now, we really want to think about the songs in terms of distinct parts to create a well quote unquote perfect whole... so we have our really emotional piano intro that pulls you in, then our sort of ectasy drop or whatever you call it, and then into this sort of thugged out trap part and then back into glorious... its a favorite of ours because we always try to create these engaging emotional aspects that draw you in and this song we feel really accomplishes that in each of its sections”

Quickie from us: Well we love Adventure club and have admired them for a long time. the guys are personable, make great music and are pretty good looking... In many ways we feel we are the same haha jokes, but Adventure were one of the few artists who reached out to us when we started and were cool and supported our music, so when they hit us up about remixing Wonder our fav track off their last album we couldn't resist, that and we want to collab with them so we really had no other option. That said, we think the remix turned out great, we actually see a little bits of our previous work in it, little nods to Around us and Julian. In the end we hope we did the track justice infusing it with a tasteful amount of uptempo progressive house while still remaining true to our style."

Quickie From US- "So Bebe is one of our good homies! She is beyond talented and ever since we linked up with her cause of the remix we did for 'Take Me Home' we have been in close touch! The girl is hard at work on her first album and from what we have heard everything is crack. Bebe is one of the most talented writers we have ever met and dont get us started on her voice. For us the beauty of a good song is a strong melody but also cleverness and Bebe is unmatched in coming up with interesting ways to sing about things that have been sang about forever! When Bebe sent us this song we were floored by its creativity and catchiness and of course were going to Remix it! The song itself was about 140 BPM which was challenging to slow down to 130 but we actually enjoyed the way her voice sounded stretched on the song. We paired it with some strong piano chords and here you have it!"

so every now and then i hear a song that hits me right in the feels, makes me feel like butterflies and sunsets and lonely bars, and this was one of them. i was simultaneously in love and also furious that I didn't write this song, so i was incredibly psyched to work on the remix - it reminded me how fun and awesome making music can be. it's one of the most emotional and moving dance tracks I've heard in awhile, so I tried to honor that and still put my own twist on it. much love to mako, those guys are brilliant, so go follow them and check them out if you haven't already. Quickie from us: "So its really great when coincidences and fate find each other, because that is what happened… We absolutely were in love with this summer anthem by smallpools, it reeked of fresh cut grass and the afternoon sun... So when their ppl reached out to us about doing a remix it was the easiest decision ever. We can't say it wasn't a challenge though with such a strong vocal, but we really wanted to pin it up against the classic 'house music pluck' we have been hearing so much of, but use it in a vain that felt a bit different but still large, but finding that union was tough in the sense the two had to warm up to each other rather than clash... but in the end we think we found this great atmosphere for the song to exist."
