Made of Glass is an Acoustic Electronic band from Edinburgh, Scotland. The duo fuses together catchy synthetic melodies with intricate lyrics and haunting vocals. Influenced by the likes of Rachel Sermanni, Anais Mitchell, Grimes and Austra, Made of Glass creates a dynamic combination of modern acoustic and electronic music while also rekindling the sounds of post-punk icons Joy Division and Siouxsie and the Banshees.

Ass To Mouth“ bzw. „Aus Tunzenberg Musik“ oder einfach kurz ATM klingen, wie eine von Mittdreißigern gegründete Newcomerband klingen muss: rau, direkt und kompromisslos. Hier werden keine Gefangenen gemacht. Ohne Schnörkel schweißt diese, durch Punk Rock, 80er Jahre Metall und Grunge sozialisierte 3-Mann Armee funkensprühende Klangtorpedos zusammen, die krachen als wäre Lemmy Kilmister bei Kyuss eingestiegen. Ein ums andere Mal explodieren druckvolle Schallwände, die die erdige Urwüchsigkeit der niederbayrischen Steppe in sich tragen und selbst John Rambo die Luft rauben würden. Hypnotische Basslines, erbarmungslose Schlagzeuggewitter und eine Stimme die sich wahlweise mit der rohen Gewalt einer rostigen Kreissäge in die Gehörgänge fräst oder verschmitzt-charmant bezirzt als erklängen diabolische Schalmeien. Nicht zuletzt aufgrund dieser Wandelbarkeit verkommen die Songs nie zu stumpf-martialischem Gebolze, sondern erfahren immer wieder ungeahnte Wendungen durch nonchalant eingestreute Funk Elemente und werden gebrochen durch Texte voll ehrlicher, männlicher Emotionalität. In englisch und deutsch wird dabei die gesamte Bandbreite zwischen tiefer Verzweiflung und ausschweifender Sexualität (in ihrem Hit „Leck mir den Damm“) abgearbeitet, ohne je in Plattitüden oder Infantilität abzudriften. Grundsympathisch, aufrichtig und mit einer gehörigen Portion Schalk im Nacken wird hier ein rezentes Gebräu serviert, dass schmeckt, wie der Schweiß von Klaus Augenthaler in seinen besten Jahren und von der Band selbst als „Desert Castle Rock“ bezeichnet wird. Dem Kaiser, so viel ist sicher, würds gefallen. Und wer will schon dem Kaiser widersprechen?

Futurology

Futurology is now an 8 man band, we have three rappers and 5 brilliant musicians who will be joining arms with us in producing a major group album by the end of the year.

Myself and Dr. Mindbender are currently writing a joint album, same goes for The Replicator.

Some members of Scottish hip hop group  "Deadsoundz" have also been involved and we should be coming up with co-lab work as well this year. 

This is Hip Hop but we are not tied to the Genre or the Style. It is done because we are good friends and its enjoyable, being able to share the results online has made this interesting and enjoyable.
