For this edition of our recently launched CODECAST Y section, we'd like to present a really unique & original artist, Rolphëus Gheo.

Rolphëus Gheo is an artist driven by an eruptive energy, intrigued by the concepts of self-control and sensory behaviour electrified by the sheer mechanics of life. Born into a naturalistic growing cycle into the unknown of infinity, the artist appropriates emotions and is consistently on a quest for ultimate reason.
His taste for risk-taking and the unexplored naturally ensures he has an intimate relationship with abstract art.
Considering repetitive rhythms with slight, but powerful, variations as a means of transcendence, his emotional approach is sensitive - filling up emotions to their absolute tipping point so that it speaks directly to the subconscious.

Inspired by the nature of men and its clear impact on the environment, this artist builds an ideology of matter through sound. Developing a deep aversion to monotony, Rolphëus explores the flavours of the world guided through a frantic, yet controlled, instinct.

Artjom Schmidt ( @artjom_schmidt ), DJ & producer from Augsburg, Germany, has discovered his enthusiasm for electronic music already 12 years ago. While first being more into Deep House / Micro House and Minimal Music, he slowly developed his passion & love for deep Techno music, Ambient & IDM. With his friend Till Hennig he organized a few Techno event series in Augsburg at Ideal Club, the famous Schwarzes Schaf and City Club, where they invited numerous DJs & Live acts from around the globe. In his DJ sets he blends Ambient & Techno to achieve a unique hypnotic, spacey & dreamy atmosphere.

Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Selik. He is one of the key figures at the forefront of pushing the hypnotic and atmospheric techno scene on the west coast of Australia. He is half of Perth's regular and most dedicated-to-the-sound event series, GRIT. These events have gained traction over the last year and a half, blossoming into a very tight-knit and loyal community of people who love to get lost to abstract and repetitive sounds in the dark together.
