CODECAST X - Assimilated - Bleak Atmospheres

Ciø-ch is a music artist specializing in ambient, deep ambient techno, and hypnotic techno. Originally from Italy and raised in Switzerland, he began his musical journey in 2017 by attending a private school to deepen his knowledge of sound synthesis, the use of synthesizers, and sound design.

His influences range from dub techno and ambient/ to ambient techno, eventually embracing and developing a deeper and more hypnotic sound characteristic of the deep hypnotic techno genre. His music is an immersive journey through enveloping sound textures, deep rhythms, and ethereal atmospheres.

In his creative process, Ciø-ch explores the potential of sound synthesis and manipulation to create enveloping and evocative soundscapes. Through the use of hardware and digital synthesizers, effects, and modulation techniques, he develops tracks that evolve organically, playing with subtle variations and hypnotic structures. Each sound is carefully crafted, giving life to compositions that transport the listener to a dimension suspended between space and time, where repetition and the depth of details create a unique auditory experience.

NeuroTrauma is an electronic music producer, based in the Netherlands that explores the edges of the dark & industrial. Working with digital & analogue devices, turntables and mixers on compositions that tell a short story. It is built layer upon layer, until it grabs you and fills you with controlled emotion and fear.
