Emerging from the city of Medellin (Colombia), Hod is a concept that arises from the belief in the liberating strength of sound, aiming to create contrast through prominent percussion and deep harmonies.

With releases on labels such as Profundo Collective (Amsterdam), Circular limited (Spain), Khoros (UK) among other labels, Juan’s music can be characterized by a particular interest in contemporary sound, specifically within electronic music through techno, ambient, and experimental sound. 

"The music portrays a duality inspired by Mother Earth and Father Sky, fusing day and night with the natural sounds, creating a modern ritual in a contemporary musical expression."

Adelia (@adelia_adelia) is a  DJ originally from Prague and currently based in Spain. She has her unique vision for techno music. Hypnotic and otherworldly soundscapes with the power to transport listeners beyond the confines of our universe, to other dimensions. Adelia is known for her precision and selectivity when it comes to choosing tracks for her mixes. She can spend hours searching for the perfect tracks, always striving to deliver a deep, hypnotic techno sound that transports the listener to another galaxy.  During the years Adelia had played in various locations across the Czech Republic, as well as in other European countries such as Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, and of course  Barcelona city. Adelia's innovative approach to techno has earned her a dedicated following, and she has been invited to many podcast series, such as Oslated, Bahn Barcelona, and Radio Ozora, among many others. In addition to her artist path, she has also organized many techno events in the past, which has further honed her ability to connect with the crowd. Furthermore, she is part of the team behind the electronic music festival Mostra Barcelona.

The art of downtempo rhythmic seduction is captured beautifully by Kaspiann in his hour-long mix for On the 5th Dy - a unique pilgrimage through otherworldly terrain where psychedelic elements and ethereal melodies guide the way.

The Helsinki-based artist released his debut EP on Planet Rhythm in 2018, with his material seeing the light since then on Sontag Morgen, The Gods Planet, and Vale. His outputs hold a distinctive flair of originality and emotion that we adore, which also radiate from this masterful journey created just for us.

Our Next guest went by the name of  MouseDown -before, also known as Salva Coromina, has been a regular DJ in the Barcelona scene since the late 90’s under a different alias: mouseDown/mouseUp. He was a resident DJ at The Loft and a regular at Sónar, both in Barcelona, for many years. ABSIS has always been exploring the deepest side of electronic music which varies between ambient and techno. Music lover, explored various genres before embracing electronic music's deep frequencies and melancholic vibes. Recently started releasing his own productions on labels such as Madah Sounds, Free Palestine Charity Compilation and has recorded mixes for Platform Minimal, Delayed, TREVE and Matter Series.
