Created by David Duriez in 1999, Brique Rouge is french underground institute on a mission to keep the true spirit of House alive. Acid, Chicago and New York House, or the power of Belgian, Dutch or Detroit Techno, Brique Rouge has been churning out releases for 26 years without ever sinking into cynicism, nostalgia or parody. Open minded, Brique Rouge has established itself as a key French label for the distribution of emerging and creative artists already known or totally unknown, from all over the world, who draw their inspiration from the roots of the genre, but also pursue the search for new vibes. Without formating or commercial imperatives, the label keeps innovating and drop one release a week since 2020 on Bandcamp

David Duriez is known for making House and proper underground electronic music since the beginning of the 90's - 30 years in the music industry, founder and keeper of the [briquerouge] label, home of the best french electronic renegades since 1999, David Duriez is lurking in the shadow of the french Electronic scene, keeping it real and true. Artist in various styles of music, dj and innovator, he's always in search of new ways to distribute and value Electronic Music and always a step ahead. Definitely not just one for the hype.

Since 1994, David released over a hundred records under his name, tens under various pseudonyms, outputs mainly vinyl on the most renowned labels like 2020Vision, Ovum, Systematic, Pokerflat, F Communication, Mobilee, Under the Counter, Stickman, Classic Music Company, Crosstown Rebels, The End, etc .. (the list is long, see Discogs.com to be convinced) and as many remixes for some of the greatest (think Moby, DJ Hell, Telex, Random Factor, Johnny Fiasco, Paul Johnson, Kenny Hawkes or Mr.C).

Founder of the label Brique Rouge in 1999 and a whole galaxy of other labels, he participated in the creation of internationally recognized labels such as Robsoul, Freak n'Chic or Rz Muzik. David has carved out his own niche with his pigeonhole defying Brique Rouge label, and his helping to redefine underground electronic music. Brique Rouge has released deep house, jacking house, tech-house, acid house, vocal anthems and much more... Definitely a label for open-minded people, not stuck in one genre of House.

07-David Duriez - Tribe Of The Waves  [Minimal Soul Precinct Remix]

Ninitia (Denver | USA)

Nina (DJ alias иιиιт'α), who is self-taught, came of age in the male-dominated early 90's rave scene, has been heavily influenced by the deeper sounds of techno, poly-rhythmic electronic music and most things unconventional. Nina, who views the art of mixing as a spiritual practice that seeks to "balance relationship to mind and body, "prefers private parties to clubs/bars where the dancing is louder than the conversation. She seeks to "reinvent the club scene to promote listening and dancing through connection and somatic awareness rather than an unconscious escape."  Her sets lean in the direction of hypnotic, layered with long transitions, telling the story of the moment, often with a dark and moody undertone that reveals splashes of light and space to feel. A life-long dancer, Nina views music as a portal into a web that connects her to everything.

Irrespective of their place on the running order, Tom Szabo & Brayden Warburton of Melbourne based duo fütwerk continue to demonstrate a remarkable ability to impress.

Known for impeccable track selection and an uncanny ability to connect to a crowd the duo have earned the attention and respect of the electronic music community, solidifying themselves as a pioneering force in Melbourne’s deep techno movement.

The last three years has seen some noteworthy career highlights. These include support sets for musical inspirations Deepbass, Matrixmann and Etapp Kyle, whilst also performing at Burning Seed, Rainbow Serpent and Wildwood.

Long-term lovers of electronic music, their voyage into production has drawn heavy sonic influence from their natural surroundings, as well as those more reminiscent of the cosmos and all its wonders.

Today we are welcoming London based artist, Thales Constantini. Originally from Brazil, Thales moved to the UK as a teenager. His style goes from techno to the most experimental sounds. Thales has played at many places in London, such as Werkhaus, playing for Minimal Force, throwing his own techno parties at Union, The Cause, Egg Club, just to name a few. The style is sometimes intense and experimental, always hypnotic. Enjoy.

In 2015 he followed his beat-soaked heart to the capital of techno, Berlin; where he still lives and enjoys being able to follow his passion.
As a young artist, he prefers to make himself heard in small private circles with the right beat for the right moment.
In his work, he portrays his long lasting admiration for the deep analogous atmospheric and hypnotizing sounds.

Our next guest comes our way from Leipzig, Germany. Originally a metalcore & hardcore background he has always enjoyed electronic and experimental music. Heavily influenced by this and the scene in Leipzig his focus is on impulsive rhythms, dissociative sounds and dark and eerie atmosphere. 

He is a founding member of PVC and is also co-organizing events in his area.
