Welcome to another codecast Y experience.

For this one we're introducing a french dj from Paris, DJ Chteuf, a founding member of the @Klangangriff collective, which is focused on fast paced Techno.

He likes to bring on stage his love for the Groovy and Dub chords as much as the fast paced drum patterns, without leaving the Techno genre. 
Previous years of intense producing and classical music education has given him a strong attachement to the music structure and energy. Always looking for the right angle when approaching a crowd, he aims at pushing their bondaries while pushing his owns.
Thanks to its polimorphism and its variety of colours, Techno can become the catalyst which links other influences in electronic music, thus creating different energy levels and interesting dialogues.

Wirklich ein rasanter wechsel von start des sets mit 140bpm zu 130bpm...

Da mein Xone 92 derzeit eingeschickt zur Reparatur und die spontanität des Events ist dieses Set wirklich eine besondere Zusammenstellung....

Einflüsse aus dem Urlaub in Barcelona sind zu hören, unter anderem DJ techniken von den Meistern aus den Bergen vom Parallel Festival habe ich versucht anzuwenden.

Really a rapid change from start of the set with 140bpm to 130bpm....

Since my Xone 92 is currently sent in for repair and the spontaneity of the event, this set is really a special compilation....

Influences from the vacation in Barcelona are to be heard, among other things DJ techniques of the masters from the mountains of the Parallel Festival I tried to apply.

Sonic experiments derived from syncopated rhythms, intricately crafted ambiences, and patiently evolving textures, Pattrn’s work as a producer is rooted to the perception of time and space. Playing violin since the age of four and later on majoring in both acousmatic music composition and sound engineering, Pattrn’s precision is the fruit of a lifelong dedication to music of all forms, from creation in itself or through his implications in Brussels scene. 

Beyond the years of technical know-how and self improvement in production, DJing, and live sets, Brice Deloose aka Pattrn has been an active member of the local scene for quite some time. Co-creator of FTRSND  (@ftrsnd), Brussels By Night Federation, Initiate (@initiate_concept), as well as having been the artistic director of Fuse (@fusebrussels)club, Pattrn has spent much of his time promoting local artists and collectives to push forward Brussels underground.

Hit The Bass

Chapter 2 of my artistic journey is here. With this album called "what is" we embark on an explorative journey with one clear goal: pushing the envelope.

This album builds the sonic foundation onto which I will build to bring emotions and stories from my home studio to your ears.

It's been four years since I started producing and this wouldn't have been possible.
Big thanks to my friends on the discord, my teachers, and everyone who is participating in this journey.
It gives me hope.
