When our conscious and subconscious parts fall out of harmony, and the weight of existence becomes too heavy to bear, we may succumb to an oppressive system's grip and spiral into the abyss of turmoil and overpowering emotions. Then, we yearn for a refuge, a way out to escape the emptiness that engulfs us.
In such desperation, a rhythmic groove may serve as a sanctuary, providing a mental space to immerse ourselves in. This space allows us to plunge into a world of mesmerizing sounds, suffused with an experimental texture that enthrals us and leads us on a wondrous expedition. We drift into a dream world of frequencies, where the atmosphere shapes us into our most authentic selves and evokes raw emotions.
Take a moment to find a serene spot, close your eyes, and let us swim together in the ethereal realm of spirituality. Through this voyage, we may rekindle our connection with the vastness of our minds and rediscover the beauty of our innermost selves.

Through the poplars, different echoes resonate.
Those old roots are already tired of the concrete jungles, of the indiscriminate usurpation of what once belonged to everyone, and of that trivial exploitation of the eternal for the most ephemeral purposes that so abound.
Does no one see the inherent brilliance in each moment, the hidden magic behind every 'simple' act? It is in that glow, behind the mirror, where the true reality hides, and no one seems to want to notice it; no one wants to see beyond their own reflection.
Or so it seemed. Little by little, curiosity, for lack of a better resource and having already discarded the rest of the options, seems to be having an effect on the disoriented masses in search of a direction. And while many have already dared to look and have even been on this side for a long time, there had never been an interest of this magnitude.
God is dead, the poets exclaim, and it must be because of this that the illusory balance that sustained banal existence lost its unstable stability.
For those who know how to listen, the trumpets that announce the coming of a different panorama resonate, where the old values ​​are no longer of any use.
Perhaps the poets are right.
Perhaps it was that old center that sought to give meaning to what has none, that with symbols tried to represent the greatest of abstractions, which retained a species with as much potential as can be imagined.
Will the news that the poets so much announce and that the trumpets keep exposing to the ears of those who are well attached to the greatest of illusions ever arrive? Will those deaf ears want to hear it?
It's just a matter of waiting and dancing, to the rhythm of the moon, while we do so. Thus leaving them, at least, a small trace of what it feels like to dwell behind the almost imperceptible veil that separates us.

In the mysterious soundscapes of “Wind of Change,” the spiritual journey begins with a fast and steady heartbeat that connects us to the life force and rhythm of the universe. This pulsating beat guides us through the powerful vibrations of percussion and the delicate whisper of wind chimes, transporting us to a world beyond the tangible.
The violins fill the air with their passionate melodies, while the cries of eagles, crows, and birdsong convey the messages of the celestial beings and nature spirits. Their raw tones impart the wisdom of the elements and the spiritual guidance that accompanies us on our path to enlightenment.
The ancient drone of the didgeridoo permeates the sounds and allows us to feel our connection to our ancestors and the earth. In the background, the medicinal healing drum resonates, its healing beats sending forces of regeneration and harmony into the music that touch us deep in our souls.

The “wind of change” carries us on the wings of transformation through time and dimensions as we surrender to the changes of life. The power of percussion, the delicacy of wind chimes, and the expressiveness of violins unite in a sonic journey that takes us to the deepest corners of our souls.On this shamanic journey, may the sounds of the “Wind of Change” remind us that change and transformation are necessary for growth and healing. May the medicine healing drum accompany us on our path of self-healing and enlightenment and support us with its power and magic.
In the dance of the elements and the song of the birds, accompanied by the meditative power of the drum, we find the healing and transformation we seek. May the melodies of the “Wind of Change” guide us on our shamanic journey and lead us to the light and love that dwells within us all.

CONTEXT & ENERGY:
This work is a demo (WIP) of a future track which is inspired by the manipura chakra (the inner fire). It is a rather energetic and dancing moment in the Koundal live show with Gwam.
You might have been able to hear a glimpse in the souvenir video of our recent gig at the St Felix de Montceau Abbaye, by Montpellier (France).

THE INSTRUMENTS:
The Rhythm lies on a strong base: a big B sub bass and an electro kick, with a tempo of 100 bpm, sustained with different types of maracas. The World edge is given by the added djembe as an oriental percussion and the didgeridoo which sets a rather hypnotizing and atmospheric background. The main melody is led by an native ameridian flute.

Ceci est une démo de travail (WIP) pour un futur morceau qui puise son inspiration dans le chakra Manipura (le feu intérieur). C'est le moment le plus énergique et dansant de notre spectacle live Koundal & Gwam.

Vous avez pu en entendre un aperçu dans la vidéo souvenir de notre passage à l'Abbaye St Félix de Montceau !

LES INSTRUMENTS :
Le rythme repose sur une base puissante : une grosse Sub Bass en Si (B) et un kick très électro à 100 BPM, soutenus par des maracas. Le côté World est donné par le djembe joué comme une percussion orientale et le didge qui pose une toile de fond hypnotique. La mélodie principale est portée par la flûte amérindienne.

VOTRE AVIS EST CRUCIAL !
* Pensez-vous que l'équilibre entre la grosse Sub Bass et le djembe oriental fonctionne bien ?
* Le tempo de 100 BPM est-il idéal pour cet effet de transe dansante ?
