"Koquu (虚空)" is the place where nothing obstructs and everything exists. It is one of the five elements of "Godai (五大)", the five elements that make up all things.
There is a Buddhist term for the word "Koquukai (虚空界)" .
It means the world of "Shinnyo (真如)", which is the essential world that encompasses and embraces everything, without colour and without form. Everything is in the space of nothingness.

Kopuu (虚空)とは、何も妨げるものがなく、すべてのものの存在する場所のことです。万物を構成す る5つの要素「五大」の一つです。
仏教用語に「Koquukai (虚空界)」という言葉があります。 一切を包括し擁する、色もなく形もない本源的な真如の世界を意味します。すべては何もない無の空 間の中にある。

After belonging to the Move and Skyzoo Spanish collectives in the mid-90s, Fran Campos (@fran-campos) became part in the 2000's of the team of residents of Le Club and in the organization of the Observatori festival . In 2010 begins Black Label, a monthly party at Miniclub, where, for 5 years, he unveiled his Housier side. Then he was busy with his residency at Jerusalem Club, Caravaca (Proper Club), and with the organization and residency of the Taiga parties in Madrid, betting on contemporary Techno with a deep character. Currently, he continues to be interested in the most avant-garde musical currents that Techno hosts, from Ambient to Deep Techno, through Electro, Halftime, and even D&B. Always selecting the best music at the periphery of the industry.

Deep emotions are embedded in music.

The creative moment is every moment in life. Every wonderful piece or moment of intertwined timbre collides. I needed to balance the "Analog Sound" status that technology has become through softwareization. Almost all the sounds I use are very common electronic sounds and natural sounds, such as flutes. I want to express myself more musically.

Through the poplars, different echoes resonate.
Those old roots are already tired of the concrete jungles, of the indiscriminate usurpation of what once belonged to everyone, and of that trivial exploitation of the eternal for the most ephemeral purposes that so abound.
Does no one see the inherent brilliance in each moment, the hidden magic behind every 'simple' act? It is in that glow, behind the mirror, where the true reality hides, and no one seems to want to notice it; no one wants to see beyond their own reflection.
Or so it seemed. Little by little, curiosity, for lack of a better resource and having already discarded the rest of the options, seems to be having an effect on the disoriented masses in search of a direction. And while many have already dared to look and have even been on this side for a long time, there had never been an interest of this magnitude.
God is dead, the poets exclaim, and it must be because of this that the illusory balance that sustained banal existence lost its unstable stability.
For those who know how to listen, the trumpets that announce the coming of a different panorama resonate, where the old values ​​are no longer of any use.
Perhaps the poets are right.
Perhaps it was that old center that sought to give meaning to what has none, that with symbols tried to represent the greatest of abstractions, which retained a species with as much potential as can be imagined.
Will the news that the poets so much announce and that the trumpets keep exposing to the ears of those who are well attached to the greatest of illusions ever arrive? Will those deaf ears want to hear it?
It's just a matter of waiting and dancing, to the rhythm of the moon, while we do so. Thus leaving them, at least, a small trace of what it feels like to dwell behind the almost imperceptible veil that separates us.

This artistic project gets inspiration from our surroundings, its understanding from exploration of nature, rituals, psychology, spirituality, science and even space. Materia Ep is the second installment of Ruhig's double Ep, inaugurated with Particles Ep in January 2016. Originally the records were supposed to be out in the same period, but due to problems with our ex-distribution, Materia Ep got postponed of few months. The release starts with the transcendent Trento, respecting Ruhig's tradition of broken beats IDM deep techno leaning openers. Consecutive cut The Vector is a thumping mixtures of drones and heavyweight hihats designed with some attention for dancefloor. The slow-burner Materia delivers some powerful mist-shrouded kicks on the B-side, that wraps up with Sciame, a massive droning wave of electro wasps, which still keeps some classy chilled out elements somewhere in the background, behind the thunderous main drums. Vinyl unfortunately left no space for the extra only digital track 1870, this last one is percussive retro-futuristic jam of psychedelic mouth arp and huge mallets drums. The track will be available for free download in the same period of the vinyl.
