With DnB I like it as Liquidity as possible

I find it helps me cope with stress so I can reduce anxiety 
It’s brilliant for ADHD & attachment - detachment anxieties.
Iv past Reiki 1 & 2 last summer and looking forward to learning the 3d part (Reiki Master) in few years
