Growing up in north philly Angel had his share of success and dirt...at the age of 12 Angel was homeless and struggled to stay alive. He was stabbed 16xs while dealing in drugs at a very young age ...going threw a lot allowed Angel to see how raw the world really can be while at the same time wanting to succeed. Angel struggled for several yrs but did succeed in graduating high school and graduating from one of the worlds elite culinary schools le cordon bleu. University.
