Energy Clearing Meditation

The light of Source lies in the space between our thoughts. When we can take time for stillness, we find flow within the peace that is there. It’s hard to put words to describe this, as you know… it’s more of a feeling. 

This short Connecting with Source meditation will help you feel that light within yourself and the awareness that it’s all around, in every snowflake (sacred geometry), in the ripples of water (vibrations), in shells (Fibonacci’s spiral).

The more we take the time to tap into the energy and light of Source/Creator/God, the more that feeling of oneness and flow will permeate what we do, think, say, be. And it will help shift the energy around us and other people too. 

Little by little. We are learning (remembering, really) to be this light.

Connecting With Source Meditation

This is a meditation on Inner Light for the Earth. In order to integrate all the light that we are being flooded with, we have to allow the dense energies (in the form of old beliefs or traumas) in our bodies to surface so they can be transmuted and cleared, making space for all the light.

With the help of angelic energy, this meditation brings in light, and creates a circular flow between each person listening, and with Gaia (the Earth) for mutual/collective healing as we move through the ascension gateway into 5D consciousness. (Angels help shift energy for us, and support us in our own inner growth so we can move forward in ways that we seek.)

Inner Light With Earth Meditation

Going inward for answers of how to proceed in our own lives, and then how to be of service to the collective is what I personally try to practice and what I share with clients. 

It's about tapping into with our intuition to guide us forward, the best source of wisdom there is.

Spirit Guide Meditation

In this meditation, we shed the layers of the human condition to remember that we are Divine beings. We come into the remembrance that we are one with Source, with God. When we say "I Am" we remember that we are that love of the Creator.

The core of this light is unconditional love that we invite in ourselves that can spill out into the collective. By receiving and sending out reverberations of the frequency of love as waves, like that of the Source of All That Is, we allow ourselves to receive love and we send out ripples of love to all sentient beings in the planet. This is so important to help move humans into higher states of consciousness!
