LEGENDARISCHE old school mix die ik LIVE heb gemixed way back in 1996!
Draaide toen nog regelmatig in Voltage (Vulcano), dat was DE Parkzicht en  Multigroove tent van Den Haag toen ik door twee maten ben gevraagd om twee old school mixen te maken voor twee cd's die ze konden "bezorgen"
Tegenwoordig kan je makkelijk een miix maken met leuke software maar toen moest het gewoon live aan 1 stuk door... dus je kan wel raden dat ik wel meer dan tien keer overnieuw was begonnen als er iets mis ging..... op het laatst dacht ik: f@ck it!
Deel twee had ik ook gemixed maar door een technische fout in de master DAT tape kon die niet gebruikt worden en ik was op vakantie daarna dus zijn ze daarna bij Stanton gaan aankloppen en die heeft snel de tweede mix gemaakt....

I’m Master Unit -, a producer from the Netherlands creating EDM, hardtechno and hardcore.
Even though I’ve only been producing for about 3 years, I’ve been part of the electronic music scene for over 34 years — as a passionate visitor, listener and fan.

Music has always been more than sound to me — it’s energy, emotion, and escape. What I share are tracks that truly connect with how I feel in that moment: sometimes dark and distorted, sometimes melodic and cinematic, but always real.

I produce with FL Studio on a Mac, combining classic inspiration with modern tools like FL Cloud, AI-generated vocals, and my keyboard to give ideas a living voice. I love experimenting with textures, layering emotion over distortion to create something that feels alive.

My goal is simple: to capture the feeling I’ve carried for decades on the dancefloor — the tension before the drop, the unity of the crowd, the pulse that never stops.

This is Master Unit — sound shaped by years of experience, passion, and pure love for electronic music.
