Originally from South Central Los Angeles, CA. Majé is a full-time nomad & culturally diverse human who’s traveled through the beaches, mountains, & forests of the West Coast & the high deserts, rivers, and arroyos of the Southwest since late 2015 to the present making a living strictly from art in every community visited since then; with various communities starting from Arcata, CA; Lake Tahoe, CA/NV; Mount Shasta, CA; Santa Cruz, CA; San Diego, CA; Ashland, OR; Williams, OR; Eugene, OR; Sedona, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Taos, NM; Northern New Mexico & Austin, TX; through street performances to gigs who has currently found grounding in the authenticity of the lands of New Mexico that blends Jazz, Funk, R&B, & Brazilian harmonies with Hip-Hop & House samples & rhythms that is a work in progress & in the blooming stages of instrumental music. A multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, producer, composer & arranger amongst other arts that only wishes to keep the musical journey moving forward for the good of all & to represent with respect to those before to make you groove.
