Tranquility

This music was first uploaded 2 months ago. Sophie has been working on it since then have better fluidity and expression. Yesterday, 11-19-23, we recorded it again. I decided to exchange the files. If you heard it before there is  remarkable difference. I am proud of her.

Song for Johanna was written by Franz Gordan. Sophie is a student of mine, age 14, who I have been teaching for 4.5 years. There is a playlist with her name that has various pieces she has played or worked on with me since she was 9.

Learning to play the piano is more than learning to play the right note at the right time. A beginner doesn't have enough control over their hands to be able to affect how the note is played - how the keys are touched, and the sound blended. Can the emotion be felt? The player has to know the language of music so well that they don't have to think about the notes being played, and can separate themselves to  listen to the music they are playing. 

Unfortunately, most piano teachers can't teach this because they can't get beyond teaching songs in piano method books - They can only teach what they were taught. I have heard many parents tell me they took lessons when they were young, and when I ask if they are still playing, the answer is almost always, "No". They forgot whatever they had memorized so long ago and they never learned how to create music, so it is all moot. It is like learning another language. You can memorize a phrase but you don't understand how the words in the phrase work together. You can't have a conversation in that language let alone show emotion. Music is a conversation.

I have been teaching for more than 50 years and have had hundreds of students. Most don't last long enough to get to the point I am with Sophie - and hopefully I will have a few more years with her before she goes out in the world. But what she is learning she won't forget. Memorizing music is a small portion of what we do. There is so much more to learning how to play music on any instrument than learning how to play what someone else wrote. 

Listen to her playlist and hear her growth. Song for Johanna is the beginning of her next phase of learning. Her lessons are 2-3 hours. She couldn't learn enough in one hour to play with this much maturity. She is such a joy to teach.

File Update #2: More vox in in day mode. Project difficult to work with now. It's too big for my computer so I'm needing to work with a scratch track which greatly limit's a good mix until I clean up the project. Will do a full rebuild when the idea fully developed

So if there is other intelligent life in the universe other than on 'Earth as we know it' then it's also a possibility other intelligence has evolved well beyond our capabilities given how much older the universe is and how long we took to evolve (Universe 4 times older then the Sun). That said there's also a chance that life is here already
For me that's more likely then it being out there given movement from star to star for organisms would never make sense because of time and relativity and speed limits.(if they come from another star we're probably fucked and it's the Borg 😆 Machines can do that...🔆⏩🔆)

So let's imagine non machine ascended invisible beings are here... maybe they are just waiting until we promote ourselves to a kind form of intelligence. If you think about super intelligence. Imagine being part of a super intelligent community and then saying ok maga or putin or Likud, let's all play. Ain't going to happen until all the poison is gone. Then I think they begin teaching us how to transcend our current state of beings and ascend to their state (if they're here they must be able to do cool shit 'cause they're hiding 😆) Maybe they've been here all along and evolved on Earth along side us or before us.. Maybe maybe haha ... A physical being that transcended to a higher plane would explain plenty of unexplainable history and is possibly backed up a little in myth and folklore before Christianity took over and reinterpreted everything possibly with naive bias... 🧂🌚 Find the kind

Dopo un prolungato percorso di indagini, Don Cilicio Prozac ha finalmente ritrovato, abilmente celata nel frigorifero di quello che si ritiene fosse il relitto di un’astronave aliena, una copia della partitura del leggendario Inno Cerimoniale delle misteriose Sette Nefariane.
-Per chi non fosse a conoscenza dell’ordine eretico Nefariano e di come il Divino Mascarpone abbia testimoniato l’investitura divina di  Papa Nefario I, rimandiamo alle note esplicative relative alla “Fanfara per l’investitura di SS Papa Nefario I” pubblicata su questo stesso canale San Claudio.-
La partitura rinvenuta dal pio ricercatore, pur mantenendo pressoché intatto il testo tradizionale delle origini, si presenta chiaramente come una versione relativamente recente dell'inno, un indizio inequivocabile della pervasiva presenza di cellule Nefariane attive nella società contemporanea. 
Dunque, con  l'intento di attestare in modo incontrovertibile l'esistenza di questo Potente Ordine Eretico, Don Prozac ed i Vertici del Pio Istituto si sono prodigati affinché l'inno venisse eseguito e reso finalmente pubblico. 
Tuttavia, durante la registrazione del brano, con crescente preoccupazione, si è constatato che, per ragioni misteriose, nessuno dei coristi e dei musicisti dell'orchestra riusciva a completare l'esecuzione senza dover ricorrere a frequenti visite al bagno.
Un attento studio del testo, redatto in un curioso latino medievale corrotto da evidenti influenze sumeriche (o, forse, molisane), ha messo in luce la presenza di un'antica maledizione che colpirebbe coloro che osassero recitare, o anche solo ascoltare, il testo dell'inno senza essere stati iniziati all'ordine. Infatti, nella terza stanza, si legge: ‘Quod Botulinum vindice, lator vindictae intestinalis, omnes infideles scagazzabunt cum magno dolore de pança.’
Secondo ulteriori documenti rinvenuti nei frigoriferi di altri relitti alieni disseminati nel mondo, la vendicativa Entità Botulinica, di probabile origine extraterrestre e diretta emanazione del Sacro Mascarpone, colpirebbe chiunque osasse recitare o ascoltare il testo del Sacro Inno senza essere stato iniziato alla Setta, manifestandosi in violenti contorcimenti intestinali e in un'improvvisa avversione per i latticini. 
A sostegno di questa teoria, un musicista colpito dalla presunta Maledictio Mascarponis, tra inquietanti borborigmi e scorreggioni rimbombanti, pare abbia iniziato a cantare a squarciagola in una lingua sconosciuta, rivelatasi sorprendentemente simile all’antico dialetto Knurd del terzo pianeta di Aldebaran. È opportuno notare come questo evento abbia ulteriormente confortato le speculazioni circa una verosimile connessione interstellare tra le Sette Nefariane e civiltà extraterrestri, alimentando ancora una volta l'ineffabile mistero che circonda la confraternita.
Determinato a rivelare comunque al mondo questa straordinaria opera, Don Prozac ha deciso dunque di presentare al pubblico una versione strumentale dell'Inno, un'interpretazione che evita le insidie intestinali e consente ai musicisti e al pubblico di godere della potenza della musica senza il rischio di incorrere in imbarazzanti incidenti.
In conclusione, invitiamo tutti a godere di questa Opera che celebra la grandezza di Papa Nefario I e la resilienza della Sua Confraternita, ora presentata in una forma che onora la tradizione senza compromettere il benessere intestinale dei partecipanti all’esecuzione.
