A gritty dark country song with a crunching organically recorded percussion track made up layered sounds from things laying around my barn. The song tells the story of a man visited by a property developer, which in the rural world means being given an offer you are not allowed to refuse. This property developer reveals himself to be a demon. Based partly on a real experience I had as a land owner.
