My special guest this week is Faz (aka Steve Farrell), a veteran DJ who first took to the decks in the late 90’s after discovering a love of house music through mix tapes and dancefloor adventures. He played regularly at small venues in the Chorley and Blackburn before taking break from DJing in the early 2000s

In 2012 he discovered disco heroes Greg Wilson and Dimitri from Paris, and this reignited his passion and got him firmly back behind the decks. Soon he became part of the “Edits Presents” team, a DJ collective and party crew with a reputation for throwing epic events across the North of England. At these events, Faz played alongside big names in the music world such as Joey Negro, Spen, Derek Kaye, James Holroyd and K-Klass. His various gigs brought him to bars and clubs in Manchester, Leeds, Halifax and more.

Faz describes his sound as being about “Disco, Re-edits, Energy and Fun”, and he has recently been streaming Live DJ sets, which you can find on his soundcloud page. Long sets are a speciality, and he can easily knock out a three hour killer set of grooves without breaking a sweat.

Murat Vural a.k.a, Processing Vessel founded his musical passion by watching MTV Party-zone, which presented him a variety of electronic music that lead him into the journey of producing electronic music himself. 
American electronic music performer Processing Vessel is from San Diego. Processing Vessel has established a reputation in the industry as a gifted and creative musician with a distinctive sound that combines parts of deep house with electronic music.

Complex rhythms, powerful basslines, and atmospheric soundscapes make up Processing Vessel's music, which makes for an engrossing and fascinating listening experience. Their songs frequently feature moving melodies and fascinating soundscapes that transport the listener to another world through sound. Ben Gomori has long been on the Le Visiteur radar, having previously shared remixes and edits of his across the years. A true underground head Ben's soundcloud is a go to for me when looking for quality music from his own output to his long running Turned On show, live sets and more if you are looking for a musical treat make sure you check it out.

Ben has just released a real summer 2024 track 'Get Off Your Phone!' which features an impassioned plea by US production and vocal legend Kevin Aviance, beseeching clubbers to get off their phones and embrace the moment. It's a plea that anyone who saw clubland before the advent of the instagram crowd can fully get behind.

To celebrate the release of the track via the brilliant Faith label Ben has put together a pretty incredible mix for us which is fully themed around phone related tracks and features stone absolute classics from Lil Louis, Låpsley, Madonnaer, Green Velvet and many more.

C. Da Afro raised in the golden era of the 80's. Soul/Funk & Disco 12'' added to his Vinyl Collection from the age of 13. It was 2009 when he started his first producing steps messing around with disco loops.

Co-owner of Athens Voice Radio 102.5, he has put out his own touch of music, every Saturday at midnight for 13 straight years. 

Until now he has managed to release many groovy disco and disco house tracks, under different labels. Favorite moto: "As Always Just For Fun". Label releases include: Midnight Riot, Editorial Records, Chopshop Music, Springbok Records, Cr2 Records, Sundries, SpinCat Records, Disco Fruit, We Mean Disco, Disco Future, Solid State Disco, About Disco Records, Hot Digits, Alpaca Edits, Masterworks Music, Re-Loved Records and many more.

He has also started releasing his first 12'' vinyl records with Samosa Records, Tropical Disco Records, Love Harder Records and Sound Exhbitions Records in 2019.  Since then this has been followed with a further 20 vinyl releases on his own label SpinCat Music, Moiss Music, See Saw Records and more!
