The latest addition to the Discography Lessons family are Mascott, an incredible DJ and Production tag team from Manchester, UK.

Born in 2020, the duo of Matt & Scott are known for their ability of blending disco, house and their love of acid, which has given them a reputation of bringing energy to any dancefloor.

They are the proud founders of "Good Custard" which put on some of the wildest nights in Manchester, and have now turned their brand into a Record Label with a debut release featuring Jet Boot Jack & Ladies on Mars.

Their first release on for the worlds favourite music and mental health label is cheekily entitled "Toy", the driving guitars and funky sax are accompanied by some cheeky vocals that will get any dancefloor moving!

The Discography Lessons Takeover (Ben Banjo Field & Even Funkier) - Spin City, Ep. 387

Just a one hour session this week as I slowly recover from being ill, but since it’s my first one in three weeks it felt like I had to do some sort of mix. Kept this one slow and slinky, around the 100BPM mark throughout, and managed to cover a good amount of ground in 60 minutes - with some P-Funk, some Hip Hop, some R&B and some sexy disco vibes.

It’s the start of the month, which means we welcome those Pookie Knights boys once again, fresh from their triumphant mini tour of the White Island of Ibiza. The lads are priming the sonic warp nacelles ready for another two hour spectacular which is sure to cause widespread kitchen dancing and armchair frivolity - all in the comfort of your own home! 

We’re unsure of what the Pookies have in their musical pic-a-nic basket for this one, but you can guarantee it will be a total blast!
