Bio: MARQUES WYATT (DEEP-LA)

Sonic love travels in many dimensions and as it relates to music, Marques Wyatt is a seminal pioneer as undoubtedly amongst the most respected DJ's in the United States and a West Coast legend.  In addition to producing some of LA's most legendary clubs / events, many associate him with "DEEP," the illustrious event that he nurtured in his hometown of Los Angeles-thriving and continuing today for well over 16 years. He was voted Best DJ of 2014 by LA WEEKLY and recently #2 in LA's TOP 20 DJs.  Last year, his two performances at Coachella were very well received and allowed Marques to continue ushering in some new followers.  He has also merged two of his passions in yoga and music by creating "DEEP EXHALE" yoga / dance offerings with his partner Cristi Christensen, which have been picked up at several festivals in addition to his dj sets.  He is one of the few dj's that have managed to cross pollinate and merge at least two generations of music fans on his dance floors . Thus, he is in demand at clubs, as well as on the festival circuit alike. Marques' unerring, knowledgeable selections are sure to stir up some emotions and known to turn huge dance floors into an intimate ritual.

Doubling as the Label Director at Street Ritual and a Label DJ for Shanti Planti; her taste is refined to cutting edge mid and high tempo psychedelic bass music. With a release catalogue of over a hundred albums, she makes it her mission to showcase producers from USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, and more. spacegeishA sole mission is to connect the dots of the underground throughout the globe.
