TheDopestMatrix and Rich Nix first got together years ago to create "Greenery," (which can be found in the link below)a really mellow, crisp weed smoking song. Then TDM was featured on Rich Nix's radio show, Crooked Cartunes where they discussed a mixtape in the works. Could this be a song off that mixtape? Probably.
