Early passages of ambience transform into raw improvisation as Korwar's newly-formed UPAJ Collective bring us a 12-minute epic with a particularly arresting solo halfway through from percussionist BC Manjunath..

'Eastern music', much like the term "African music' are still ubiquitous and are indicative of how the UK sees, hears and consumes a lot of music that is from afar. The Du-Rites are a funk duo comprised of Jay Mumford and Pablo Martin. Pablo on guitar and bass guitar; Jay on drums and percussion. They split the keyboard/synthesizer duties. Individually, Pablo plays guitar with the legendary Tom Tom Club and spent years as a mastering engineer. Jay has worked as a drummer live and/or in studio for Danger Mouse, Adrian Quesada, Dan Auerbach, Binky Griptite(Daptone), Soul Supreme, Just Blaze, Lord Finesse and many others, as well as being sampled by Madlib ("Road of the Lonely Ones"), Mark Ronson and others. In addition to four studio albums, one live album, an EP and seven 7" singles under their own name, The Du-Rites have worked with a wide range of talents since their inception in 2016, including Eddie Palmieri, Robert Glasper and Ghostface Killah. They also scored a large portion of the original music for Bobbito Garcia's Rock Rubber 45s film.
