Rommel Maurice Huggins, better known by his stage name Mr. BuzzWorthy, is an independent American hip hop recording artist of Trinidad decent from Bloomfield, CT a suburb of Hartford. Huggins’ career began in 2001; he was a sophomore in high school when he began writing music seriously. Since then he has honed his skills as a songwriter. Bill$ released his 1st independent mixtape The Antidote  in 2010. His 2nd release was 2011’s R.O.M., or Representations Of Me, and had such support as "Ridin’ & Rollin’ " and "Broken" which became anthems among his growing core fan base. In 2012 Bill$ debuted the video for his song "Liar Liar" which to date has tallied upwards of 20,000 views on YouTube. Bill$ has new music and other digital content set to release in early 2016 and much more on the way.
