I played a tune on my electric guitar and painted some loops and samples around the tune to make a backing track that sounded good or okay enough at least. There are some nice tunes in my guitar and some of them come forth here, I think. But all in all the track is too long.. 6 minutes seemed okay in the seventies, though!

Strange Thoughts

An Arabic love song talking about lost love. The drama and conflicting emotions described in the lyrics are reflected in the arrangement and buildup of the track without being melancholic. It starts off soft and gentle with an inquisitive vibe, and as the story progresses it develops into stronger, almost angry emotions and despair with heavy beats and swelling a bass accompanying the dramatic melody. The track is well suited to intense scenes in film or videos.
