Wind hollows between the boulders, randomly scattered on the wet and salty sand. It blows onshore, raising the ocean’s feathers, pushing unforgivingly hand in hand with a creeping tide. Swirling brush strokes captivates the viewer's eye, drawing step by step to swim deeper, losing a coast line's sight. 
Vivid blue, ghostly white and all-absorbing black – another painting is complete revealing nature’s Linear System.

Coming from the north of Spain, @linearsystem develops a unique signature mixing strong basslines, Sci-fi ambiences, cold atmospheres and shamanic rhythms in his tracks.
With the music released on such labels as Edit Select, Dynamic Reflection or Planet Rhythm, Linear System heads on into Black Wave podcast no. 42 with specially recorded live performance.

The Japan born artist’s DJ’ing skills, exhibited perfectly in this hour long podcast for On the 5th Day, demonstrate his incredible story telling ability – a journey woven together by an endless stream of unique and often unheard tracks, building anticipation in the most captivating way. Throughout his mixes Takaaki manages to tread a delicate line somewhere between restrain and propulsion, the overall result of which is pure, hypnotic magic - inducing a feeling not often found outside of a party. Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Polish dj & producer Michal Jablonski (Secret Keywords / Animal Farm).

Michal's passion for techno music started playing with vinyls. 
The heavy sounds extracted from the black plastic disc inspired him to do more, to go a step further and create his own music.
He sought inspiration in crowded cities and the correlation of nature with industrialized society.
Today, his performances are consisting entirely of the original productions, where you will find a rich mixture of dense industrial atmosphere, off beats sounds and dub techno elements driven by energetic kick.
Michal Jablonski's career is growing very fast and has been given a lot of recognition to by being invited to perform at many famed clubs not only in Europe Tresor Berlin, Griessmuehle, Arena Club or Gare Porto but also in Georgian KHIDI.

TF #175: @cassegrain [Arcing Seas] - Berlín

In techno circles, Cassegrain shouldn't need too much of an introduction. With a label résumé that includes, among others, Prologue, Infrastructure New York, Killekill, and Ostgut Ton—as well as highly regarded performances at Berghain, Village Underground, and Output—they've more than stamped their name on the scene. Alex Tsiridis and Hüseyin Evirgen—the two artists behind Cassegrain—formed the project after a chance meeting at the Redbull Music Academy in Barcelona. In the years following, they collaborated remotely via email, sending stems back and forth before making a move to Berlin where they currently share a studio.

Cassegrain are releasing their music mainly on their own label Arcing Seas. Under their solo monikers they are also steadily putting out great music. Magna Pia recently had a new EP out on Soma Records and Rhyw on great platforms like Shifted's label Avian.
