It's Thursday afternoon. Our body has (finally) recovered from endless dancing. Our mind still wanders to our time together in Belgium. We have spent the Saturday with our extraordinary family abroad.

Each time we realize that the world is not the same anymore. We are surrounded by love, warmth and welcoming beings.

A part from the element of love we are dipped deep into good music. Before you a set by our Belgian brothers created right after the opening meditation. It's a journey in itself, a beautiful selection of sound.

Have you every dreamed while dancing on a Saturday afternoon? Because we sure did when these two came on to play at our stage The Odd Ones Out. Starting with such a beautiful unreleased tune, Dauw & Schemering took us on a journey thru the clouds back and forth. And boy, what a beauty this was.

We are so lucky to be surrounded by such creatives and innovative artists.

Parham was born in Tehran and moved to the States in the late 90's, currently based in Seattle. He started playing string instruments as a child and developed a taste for New Age and World Music. 
Parham's interest in electronic music developed during the late 80's & early 90's when the genre was gaining commercial popularity. Fascinated by the legendary Jean Michel Jarre and other electronic music pioneers, Parham's speakers & headphones were dominated by the sounds p Mo ulsating from Proton Radio, which provided heavy doses of the genre by way of DJ mixes from all around the globe. Legendary radio shows, such as John Digweed's "Transitions" became a source of inspiration for Parham. 

A lifelong lover of music, Parham is currently exploring global, deep & progressive sounds, as well as working on personal and collaborative projects in production of original tracks.

Welcome to the first double set post ever on our SoundCloud wall as we have uploaded a little insight in our Asia tour. We started exploring our new presence in Asia in Bali. 

The island of the gods, a place that we visited for the first time and that interestingly enough also showed us things inside ourselves for the first time.

'Schemering' is best known as one half of the dj duo 'Dauw & Schemering'. They quickly paved their way into the Belgian music scene and beyond. Their names — translate to ‘Dew’ and ‘Twilight’ — complement as much as the duo's exquisite taste for refined house music. Consider it a yin-yang situation in which their determination and urge for perfection seamlessly blend together into one experience.

Known for gigs at ADE, Afrika Burn, The Gardens of Babylon & Tomorrowland and heating up dance floors in renowned Belgian venues like Café d'Anvers, Club Vaag and Decadance to only name a few. 2016 and 2017 gave them a quick jump to some international gigs in Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam and Tulum. But maybe they're even better known for their elaborate list of delicately crafted podcasts for a wide range of respected music channels.

Not sticking to one particular style their sound can best be described as house music in all its deepest forms and tempo ranges. Every time again they up their game by embracing the dance floor and its listeners with forward thinking music. Warm melodies often go together with groovy, heavy bass lines creating a particular deep sound that has energy enough to get the party started, to going way passed sunrise, and every moment in between. Add some strong emotional flavor to their defined sense for depth & rhythm and they will spark you up on a journey that makes your heart, mind and feet wander over and over again.
