In the links section is link to redirect you back to thegoatjames music account. See thegoatjames changed the end of his SoundCloud account name from /thegoatjames-7875954 to /thegoatjames_music. This made the artist thegoatjames easier to find but additionally people that had the older link/s of the older channel couldn't access thegoatjames. This accounts purpose is to redirect users back towards thegoatjames main artist page instead of users arriving at an empty 404 page.
