Vamos a trabajar nuestros límites!.  Un límite no es otra cosa que algo que divide lo que nosotros queremos o necesitamos, de lo que quiere o necesita el otro, los demás.  El asunto más profundo no es que otras personas violen nuestros límites, sino que nosotros mismos violamos nuestros propios límites.  De hecho, al permitir que alguien viole nuestros límites, estamos violando nuestros propios límites, esto es la auto-traición.

Si vas en contra de tus límites personales, te violas a ti mismo, te abandonas a ti mismo y te permites a ti mismo el auto odiarte.  Para el reto de hoy, vamos a ser conscientes de cuáles límites quizás no estamos respetando, puedes escribir en tu diario de actualización personal; escribe lo que sea que te venga cuando leas las siguientes cuestiones y nota como podrían relacionarse con tu experiencia de vida:
