“Everything You Do” is a song I made shortly after moving to Brooklyn to live alone for the first time in my life. maybe it’s just my social circles and algorithm, but I feel there’s a shared feeling amongst everyone right now of being overworked, underpaid, and underloved. “Everything You Do” is my own internal battle of fighting for my heart vs. being practical and rational. Knowing me, the heart always finds a way to win…

we recorded this song last Summer up at Applehead in Woodstock and feel like this song allowed us to explore all the new possibilities of what this new band can be.

we hope it makes you dance or smile or shake your hips or whatever you do when you’re happy.

Everything You Do

Originally founded in the small, rural town of Pittstown, New Jersey, The Happy Fits burst out of the gate in 2016 with Awfully Apeelin’, a self-released EP that climbed all the way to #5 on the Spotify US Viral 50, resulting in the group’s decision to drop out of school and pursue the band full time.
