With songs of cruel beauty in the wide open spaces of love, JP Sampson explores workaday heartbreak tangled in haunting melodies for broken dreams and the lives we passed by.  Aided and abetted by the riotously talented 'Delilahs' on drums and violin the collective have released a stunning new 5-track EP titled 'Rearview'.

Gently understated, plaintive yet defiant - songs that keep us walking toward the horizon.

Electronic music composer and violinist.

His compositions have been premiered at the Berliner Philarmonie, Kraftwerk Berlin and Istambul Film Festival; Reeper Bahn Festival, Mutek Festival and Mast Festival.

Born and bred in Roma, he started playing the violin at a very young age. He dedicated his life to it until he found electronic music and the possibilities it gives to embrace music as a whole; performance and creation. 

Since he found electronic music, he has focused on producing: from techno and house to film scores, he has had the opportunity to participate in exciting projects such as creating a sound synthesis adaptation of Arvo Part’s Fratres and Spiegel Im Spiegel which was premiered at the Berliner Philarmonie and released as part of Isandar Widjaja’s Mercy album.
