The Human Grease is a live electronica project created to progress electronic music past its pre-recorded boundaries towards a new path of live performance, collaboration, and improvisation. Created by Ryan Benthall and Taylor Perkins, THG is racing towards the St. Louis music scene with ever growing energy and enthusiasm.

Hi my name is Aries jordan but My stage name is Lady westside. I’m from Fresno California (westside). I started rapping at the age of 12, First I started off writing poetry about my emotions like things I was going through/ experienced in life. Then one day I got a notebook and a pin and I started writing raps about real life things That I experienced & that was affecting me as a child. Most of my raps/Freestyles I write are based on real life events I went through. I remember as a early teen I use to tear up and look in the mirror and say “I am somebody , I survived”  & I still say it till this very day.  As a child and teen I just wanted to feel excepted and loved. I had to find peace for myself at some point in my life . I had to face all trials and tribulations, it’s okay to fall ill just dust myself off and rise up 10 times higher. Long story short This song I created is about my struggle and I’m very happy to be able to share my story with others around who can relate or just understand.  Everyone can make a difference and everyone have a purpose!!!
