Shropshire's the Jackdaws Energetic live shows an cry out catchy Indie/pop floorfiller approach has already caught the ear of many. With the new quartet, far from small town struck, The lads have already played live BBC introducing sessions and support slots with the likes of Exit Calm, The Holloways,The Jessie Rose Trip, Sound of Guns, Lafaro, Flashguns and The Paddingtons, amongst many live dates across the midlands and uk. Brand new tracks, Marksman and Unravelled Smile, both recorded with producer Gavin Monaghan of magic garden studios, infamous for his work with The Twang,Editors and Ocean Colour Scene amongst many, have been named BBC Shropshire introducing tracks of the week. Following their time with Magic Garden in February 2010,The Jackdaws remained in full swing live, hitting it hard until december 2010 and now are currently recording and working on a host of new material and expect to return to the live circuit this summer.....
