The Joint Cheefs. The 420 group you didn’t know you were missing. This New York trio are born and bread from the Bronx and bring together traditional hard-core rhymes with the smooth melodic sounds found in you favorite smoker anthems. Bringing an east coast perspective in a genre populated primarily by southern and west coast acts, The Joint Cheefs approach their music from a lyrical perspective while painting pictures that are relatable to their audience.

Since forming in late 2017, The Joint Cheefs have released plenty of content. They started with a mixtape called PAY HIGHMAGE (DECEMBER 3, 2017), a collection of freestyles honoring the stoner rap legends that came before them. They followed up with their first album NEVER CANOE (APRIL 20, 2018), another mixtape PAY HIGHMAGE DOS (JULY 10, 2018), and second album, J.A.R.S. (NOVEMBER 30, 2018)

In 2019, they expanded their content with a series called D.I.hYgh on Youtube and The Weed Tube. A show where The Joint Cheefs watch D.I.Y. videos and try to attempted them with under the influence. With more music and more content on the way, theres no telling how high this unique group will go.

Coming up in humble, artistic beginnings, from the Nuyorican Poets Cafe' to 31 Rockwells, the RblStRR has rocked Open Mics to Poetry Slams. The Brooklyn native's ascendancy one would say, comes from his genuine love for the arts & a family who instilled in their children that potentiality comes from wanting it, feeling it. Surrounded by many influences in his day to day life, HiDEF'S ambitions are infinite. 
he's now currently recording his debut album which will be a mix of Rock, R and B, Hip Hop, Reggae etc to produce one of the most eclectic sounding albums of our time. He is focused, strong willed, and ready to give it his all. With all of his experiences and triumphs in & out of New York City, HiDEF remains unscathed. His devotion and love for the arts, is engraved in his soul.
