This is the song I wrote about my most recent breakup. It is a very personal track, but I decided to share it with the SC community. I hope that others can relate. There is no malice, only love.......here are the lyrics.......

There are so many reasons to write a song
Some turn out too short and others run too long
I write songs about things I’ll never ever forget
And others about times I might soon regret. 
I wrote songs about people trying to overcome evil. 
I got songs about pandemics and global upheaval
Some turn out good, the others are really bad.
But this one is different, it’s not like the others
This one I wrote …..because I’m sad.


Heard songs asking people to finally come together.
I’ve heard others whose topic is simply the fucking weather
I know songs about advancing human evolution
And others that blast our unrelenting pollution. 
I know more about spreading that holy word called love
I’m quite sure it comes from somewhere up above. 
I’ll never forget the good times that we had. 
Maybe one day I’ll look back and maybe be glad.

This one is different. It’s not like the others.
A song about a heart that lives in a gutter.
